The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named HZ Capital which claims to be established in Luxembourg (website: www.hzinvestgroup.com).

According to the information available to the CSSF, this entity proposes investments in an allegedly Luxembourg specialised investment fund named Global Synergy Fund 1 SICAV FIS.

The CSSF informs the public that neither HZ Capital nor Global Synergy Fund 1 SICAV FIS have been granted the required authorisation to offer financial services in or from Luxembourg.
