Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Ritzcoin Technologies Inc.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named Ritzcoin Technologies Inc. which claims to have an authorisation as “Cryptocurrency Institution” from the CSSF and to be regulated as such in Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that an entity named Ritzcoin Technologies Inc. is unknown to it and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide financial services in or from Luxembourg.
