The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of a Luxembourg company named Corporate Loan Capital S.A., which has currently no registered office and which presents itself on its website www.corporateloancapital.com as an investment firm providing, among others, asset management services.

The CSSF informs the public that the company Corporate Loan Capital S.A. has not been granted the authorisation required to provide investment services in or from Luxembourg.
