The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named Le Pay Bank (website: www.le-pay.eu) which claims to be established at 9 Place d’Armes in Luxembourg and which presents itself as an online bank.

The CSSF informs the public that Le Pay Bank is unknown to it and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide banking or financial services in or from Luxembourg.
