Press release concerning ANOA CAPITAL S.A.

The CSSF hereby informs the public that the investment firm ANOA CAPITAL S.A. has amended its corporate object and its denomination as of 28 December 2017. The company, henceforth named DARE HOLDINGS S.A., has decided to exclude any reference to a financial sector activity from its corporate object and to provide only services of a financial holding company.

The procedure for removing the company from the official list of investment firms is currently in progress.
