ESRB and IOSCO publish recommendations for investment funds

The CSSF would like to inform industry participants that the following reports in relation to investment funds have been published:

a) On 1 February 2018, the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) issued recommendations as well as good practices for liquidity risk management for collective investment schemes.

b) The European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) on 14 February 2018 published a recommendation, dated 7 December 2017 and addressed to the European Commission and ESMA, regarding liquidity and leverage risks in investment funds.
