Warning regarding the activities of an entity named United Capital Group

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named United Capital Group which claims, on the website www.ucgtrust.com, to be established at 7 rue Robert Stumper, 1882 Luxembourg and to be authorised and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).

The CSSF informs the public that United Capital Group is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services in or from Luxembourg.
