Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Redbrook Financial Management

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named Redbrook Financial Management (website: www.redbrookfinancial.com) which claims to be established at 124 boulevard de la Pétrusse, L-2330 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that Redbrook Financial Management is unknown to it and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to stress that the duly authorised management company Conventum Asset Management mentioned on the aforementioned website has no ties to the entity subject to this warning.
