The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.afs-fund.lu where an entity claims to offer investment and asset management services under the name of AFS Fund.

The CSSF informs the public that this entity is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF wishes to specify that the Luxembourg specialised investment fund AFS Fund, which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related to the website referred to in the warning.
