Warning regarding the activities of an entity named bit-bay EUROPE S.A.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named bitbay EUROPE S.A. (website: www.bit-bay.org) which claims to be a payment institution authorised in Luxembourg and supervised by the CSSF, located at 14 rue Erasme, L-1468 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that an entity named bit-bay EUROPE S.A. is unknown to it and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide payment services in or from Luxembourg.
