Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Finamore Capital

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named Finamore Capital S.A. (website: www.finamorecapital.com) which claims to be located at 117, route d’Arlon, L-8099 Luxembourg, to be authorised and regulated by the CSSF and which offers private portfolio management and investment fund management services.

The CSSF informs the public that Finamore Capital S.A. is neither authorised nor regulated by the CSSF and that this entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide financial services in or from Luxembourg.
