Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Gold Heritage

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named Gold Heritage (website: www.gold-heritage.com) which offers, among others, services of gold purchase and sale, investment advice and capital management. The entity claims to have a CSSF licence, to operate under the supervision of the CSSF and to be established at 19, rue Aldringen, L-1118 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that Gold Heritage is not regulated by the CSSF and that the entity has not been granted any authorisation to provide financial services in or from Luxembourg.
