The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.swissepargne.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 2A rue Albert Borschette, 1246 Luxembourg, offers investment services under the name of Swiss Re Capital Markets Europe.

The CSSF informs the public that the website uses fraudulently the name and address of the investment firm incorporated under Luxembourg law, Swiss Re Capital Markets Europe S.A., which is duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and which is not linked to the website referred to in this warning.
