Warning concerning the website www.al-investements.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.al-investements.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 5 Allée Scheffer, Luxembourg, offers wealth management and investment advice services under the name AL Investments.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as AL Investments is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

Moreover, the CSSF would like to specify that the undertaking for collective investment incorporated under Luxembourg law, AL Investments, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.
