Warning concerning the website www.pf-gestion.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.pf-gestion.com where an entity offers investment services under the name of Premium Fund.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as Premium Fund is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the specialised investment fund incorporated under Luxembourg law, Premium Fund, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related to the entity referred to in this warning.
