Warning concerning the website www.pms-capital.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.pms-capital.com where an entity offers investment services under the name Portfolio Management Solutions / PMS.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity that presents itself on this website as PMS is not regulated by the CSSF, has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg and is also not authorised as undertaking for collective investment.

The CSSF would like to specify that the undertaking for collective investment under Luxembourg law Portfolio Management Solutions (PMS), duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.
