Warning concerning the websites www.cbaconseil-lu.com and www.cbaconseil.net

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the websites www.cbaconseil-lu.com and www.cbaconseil.net where an unknown entity presents itself under the name of CBA Conseil, claims to be established in Luxembourg and offers wealth management and investment services.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself on these websites as CBA Conseil is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment firm CBA Conseil, duly authorised in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the supervision of the CSSF, has no relation with the websites referred to in this warning.
