Warning concerning the website www.bsglobalinvest.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.bsglobalinvest.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 9 rue Gabriel Lippmann, L-5365 Munsbach, Luxembourg, offers services such as wealth management, family office and credit intermediary under the name of BS Global Invest.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself as BS Global Invest is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the specialised investment fund incorporated under Luxembourg law B’S Global Invest, which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, has no relation with the entity referred to in this warning.
