Warning concerning the website www.conceptone-invest.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.conceptone-invest.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 3 rue Henri M. Schnadt in Luxembourg, offers investment services (including an investment account “Vitalis”) and portfolio management services under the name of Concept One.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself as Concept One is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

Furthermore, the CSSF wishes to specify that Concept I Sicav, an undertaking for collective investment incorporated under Luxembourg law which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, has no relation with the entity referred to in this warning.
