The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.lacompagniefinancieredebelmont.lu where an entity, which claims to be established at 16 boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg, offers investment services under the name of La Compagnie Financière de Belmont.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as La Compagnie Financière de Belmont is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company La Compagnie Financière de Belmont S.A., incorporated under Luxembourg law, has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.
