The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.qualion.co.uk where an entity claims to provide investment services under the name of Qualion Finance.

The CSSF informs the public that the website fraudulently uses the name and the contact details of the investment firm incorporated under Luxembourg law, Qualion Finance S.A., which is duly authorised in Luxembourg in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and that the duly authorised investment firm, Qualion Finance S.A., has no relation with the website referred to in this warning.
