Update of the FAQ on the Swing Pricing Mechanism

In the context of the financial market developments around the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the CSSF has received questions from industry participants in relation to the application of the swing pricing mechanism by investment funds.

The CSSF hereby wishes to provide additional clarifications to the industry in the form of an update of the frequently asked questions of the CSSF on the swing pricing mechanism.
