The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://www.goldingcapitalpartners.com where an entity claims to offer investment and securities services under the name Golding Capital Partners GMBH.

The CSSF informs the public that this website impersonates the management company Golding Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., which is duly authorised in Luxembourg under Chapter 16 of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment and subject to the supervision of the CSSF, and which does not have any relation with the website referred to in this warning.
