Warning concerning the website www.advanzia-credit.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.advanzia-credit.com where an entity offers credit and private banking services under the name of Advanzia Credit and claims to be established at 12 rue de Hollerich, L-1741 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that an entity named Advanzia Credit is not known to it and has not been granted any authorisation to provide banking or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to clarify that the credit institution Advanzia Bank S.A., incorporated under Luxembourg law in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector, has no relation to the website referred to in this warning.
