Update of the annexes to Circular CSSF 20/747
We inform you of the publication of Circular CSSF 20/747 on technical modalities relating to the application of the Law of 25 March 2020 establishing a central electronic data retrieval system related to payment account and bank accounts identified by IBAN and safe-deposit boxes held by credit institutions in Luxembourg in English. Please note that annexes to the circular have been amended in French version on 4 September 2020 and that the English version has been adapted accordingly.
