Warning concerning the website www.active-patrimony.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.active-patrimony.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 12 rue Eugène Ruppert, L-2453 Luxembourg, offers, among others, discretionary management services, real estate investments and alternative investments under the denomination Active Patrimony SA.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself on this website as Active Patrimony SA is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the specialised investment fund Active Patrimony, incorporated under Luxembourg law, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds is not linked to the aforementioned website.
