The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.alpha-prevoyance.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 30 boulevard Royal, Luxembourg, offers investment services under the name Alpha.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself as Alpha on this website has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services and other financial services in or from Luxembourg and has not been authorised as an undertaking for collective investment or investment firm.

The CSSF would also like to specify that the company incorporated under Luxembourg law, Alpha S.A., is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
