Update of the warning of 23 May 2019 concerning a fraud scheme misusing the name of the Luxembourg authorised Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A.

The CSSF draws the attention of the public to a fraud scheme in which the name of the Luxembourg authorised Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. is being misused. The potential fraudsters are acting as “Julius Baer Group” or “Banque Julius Baer & Cie SA”, use the name of real employees and Board Members of Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. and offer notably investment products named “Vision” and “Azur”.
