The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website https://stocksons.live where an entity, which claims to be established at 26 boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, offers trading and investment services under the name StockSons.
In this context, the CSSF also refers to its warnings published on 14 April 2020 and 2 December 2020 regarding the website www.stocksons.com.
The CSSF informs the public that the entity, which presents itself on these websites as StockSons, is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
