The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.mircapitalsca.com where an entity, which claims to be established at 19-21, boulevard du Prince Henri, L-1724 Luxembourg, offers investment services under the name Mir Capital.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity which presents itself on this website as Mir Capital is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the investment company in risk capital incorporated under Luxembourg law, MIR Capital S.C.A., SICAR, which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 15 June 2004 relating to the investment company in risk capital (SICAR) is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
