Warning regarding the activities of an entity named “Zenith Assets Management”

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “Zenith Assets Management” which, on the website www.zenith-assets.com, offers investment services and pretends to be established at 5 Heienhaff 2^ème étage, L-1736 Senningerberg.

The CSSF informs the public that “Zenith Assets Management” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
