The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.oceangroupcapital.co.uk, where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 30 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg and to be regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as Ocean Group Capital is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to point out that the company, Ocean Group Capital S.C.A., SICAR, incorporated under Luxembourg law, which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 15 June 2004 relating to the investment company in risk capital (SICAR), is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
