Warning concerning the website www.vicotoris.com

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.vicotoris.com, where an entity, which pretends to be established at 4, rue Thomas Edison, L-1445 Strassen Luxembourg, presents itself as an investment and asset management company named Vicotoris.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as Vicotoris has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg common fund, Vicotoris, duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
