Warning regarding the activities of an entity named “OFXB LTD”

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “OFXB LTD” which offers investment services by pretending to be regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and to be established at 4, rue Robert Stümper, L-2557 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named “OFXB LTD” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
