The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website http://wh-luxembourg.com where an entity offers investment services under the names Waterfall Holding, WH Invest and WH Luxembourg, pretending to be established at 27, Boulevard Grande-Duchesse J. Charlotte, L-1845 Luxembourg and using the email address format “InitialOfSurname.name@wh-luxembourg.com”.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on that website under the names Waterfall Holding, WH Invest and WH Luxembourg is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg law company Waterfall Holding S.à r.l is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
