The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.ainainvestment.com where an entity offers investment services and pretends to be established at 20 Boulevard Emmanuel Servais, L-2535 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity presenting itself on this website as Ainainvestment is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted and authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the société en commandite par actions (corporate partnership limited by shares) AINA INVESTMENT FUND, regulated by the CSSF as a specialised investment fund and subject to the Law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialised investment funds, and the Luxembourg company AINA INVESTMENT FUND GP, registered with the CSSF and subject to the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers, are not related with the website referred to in this warning.
