Warning regarding the activities of an entity named “primecryptocapital”

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “primecryptocapital” which, on the website www.primecryptocapital.com, offers investment services and indicates that it has a relationship with an entity named “Banc de Luxembourg”. In this context, the CSSF refers to its warning regarding the website www.bancdeluxembourg.com released on 16 February 2021: https://www.cssf.lu/en/2021/02/warning-concerning-the-website-www-bancdeluxembourg-com/.

The CSSF informs the public that an entity named “primecryptocapital” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
