Online banking training programme
To promote social, financial and digital inclusion of all citizens, the Ministry for Consumer Protection, the Ministry for Digitalisation, the CSSF and the ABBL Foundation for Financial Education jointly decided to implement an online banking training programme. This training, which has been developed by the asbl ErwuesseBildung together with the CSSF and the ABBL Foundation, is aimed at senior citizens who are more vulnerable to the potential digital divide linked to the accelerating digitalisation of society.
The training is offered as a separate module or as part of the “Internet Führerschein” (Internet driving licence). Through your participation in this training, you will learn how to manage your bank account from your computer in complete security.
