Warning regarding the activities of an entity named “INFINITRADE” or “Company Universal s.r.o. (INFINITRADE)”

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of an entity named “INFINITRADE” or “Company Universal s.r.o. (INFINITRADE)” presenting itself as a platform offering investment services. In doing so, it issues documents misusing the name, logo and address of the Luxembourg public-law institution Société Nationale de Crédit et d’Investissement (SNCI).

The CSSF informs the public that the entity “INFINITRADE” or “Company Universal s.r.o. (INFINITRADE)” has not been granted any authorisation to provide financial services in or from Luxembourg.

The CSSF would also like to specify that the Société Nationale de Crédit et d’Investissement (SNCI), duly authorised in Luxembourg as a credit institution in accordance with the Law of 5 April 1993 on the financial sector and subject to the prudential supervision of the CSSF, is not related to the entity referred to in this warning.
