Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Aspehire Corp

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “Aspehire Corp” (website: www.aspehire.com) which offers investment services and pretends to be regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier and to be established at 19 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named “Aspehire Corp” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
