Warning regarding fraudulent activities where the name of the payment institution Olky Payment Service Provider S.A. is being misused

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the websites https://market.olkyonline.com and https://market.onlineolky.com and unknown people misusing the name and address of the Luxembourg payment institution Olky Payment Service Provider S.A. These people contact without solicitation consumers and offer investment products. By doing so, they send emails using the address format firstname.surname@olkyfrance.com, firstname.surname@olkysecure.com and souscription@olkyonline.com.

The CSSF would like to specify that the payment institution Olky Payment Service Provider S.A., duly authorised, is not related to the facts referred to in this warning.
