Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Financs Capital

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “Financs Capital” or “Financs Capital Management Sàrl”, respectively, (website: www.financscapital.com) which offers investment services and pretends to be established in Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named “Financs Capital” is unknown to it, that it is not regulated by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
