Warning regarding the activities of an entity named International Registration and Transfer Group

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “International Registration and Transfer Group” (website: http://www.irtg.org/)) which offers investment services and pretends to be established at Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named “International Registration and Transfer Group” is unknown to it, is not regulated by the CSSF and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
