Warning regarding the activities of an entity named Fraud Protection Assosiation

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the activities of an entity named “Fraud Protection Assosiation” which, on the website www.thefpa.net presents itself as an association for the protection against frauds and pretends to be established at 21 Rue Glesener, 1631 Luxembourg.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity that presents itself on that website under the name “Fraud Protection Assosiation” is not known to it and does not exist in Luxembourg.
