Launch of the ESMA Common Supervisory Action on valuation of UCITS and open-ended AIFs

As announced in the CSSF’s press release dated 24 January 2022, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has launched a Common Supervisory Action (CSA) on the valuation of UCITS and open-ended AIFs. In this context, the CSSF has launched as of 11 March 2022 the first phase of the CSA by asking a sample of UCITS and AIFs investment fund managers to work on a dedicated questionnaire. The UCITS and AIFs investment fund managers which have not received an email from the CSSF as of 11 March 2022 about this subject are not concerned by this exercise.
