The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.robertomanagers.com, where an entity offers investment services by misusing the trademark and the content of the website of the Luxembourg company Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg.

The CSSF would like to specify that the company Carmignac Gestion Luxembourg, duly authorised in Luxembourg as alternative investment fund manager in accordance with the Law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers and as management company under Chapter 15 of the Law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
