The CSSF would like to specify that this website falsely assumes the identity of the Luxembourg investment company in risk capital Secoya Private Equity Investments SCA – SICAR which is duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the provisions of the Law of 15 June 2004 relating to the investment company in risk capital (SICAR) and which is not related to the website referred to in this warning.
