Warning concerning unknown persons presenting themselves as Halisol

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of unknown persons who contact potential investors without solicitation by presenting themselves under the name “Halisol” and who offer investment services, including notably an investment contract called “HLS PLDT BASIC”. To this end, they send emails using the address formats contact@groupe-halisol-france.com and firstname.surname@groupehalisol-france.com and misusing the name, logo and address of the Luxembourg company Halisol Groupe S.A.

The CSSF would like to specify that the Luxembourg company Halisol Groupe S.A. has no link with the facts referred to in this warning.
