Warning concerning unknown persons presenting themselves as Neon Switzerland AG

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of unknown persons contacting potential investors in order to offer them investment services, including notably a so-called “Robo Trading” contract or a “Livret Neon”. These unknown persons present themselves under the name “Neon Switzerland AG” (website: https://espace-pros.com) and pretend to be established at 2, rue Edward Steichen, L-2958 Luxembourg and to be supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

The CSSF informs the public that the entity named Neon Switzerland AG is not supervised by the CSSF and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment services or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
