The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) warns the public of the website www.demo-efg-private.com/login and of emails sent by one or more person(s) via the email address formats: “InitialsFirstname.Lastname@efg-private.com” and “InitialsFirstname.Lastname@efg-france.com” to offer investment services, misusing the name and logo of the Luxembourg credit institution EFG BANK (Luxembourg) S.A.

The CSSF would like to specify that EFG Bank (Luxembourg) S.A.,duly authorised in Luxembourg and subject to the CSSF’s supervision, is not related to the above-mentioned website, nor to the person(s) using the email address formats referred to in this warning.
